Grace is an Associate at Laura Solomon & Associates, where she forms, advises, and handles transactional work for nonprofit, tax-exempt organizations. She is a graduate of Yale Law School, where she was a member of the Yale Law Journal and the Community and Economic Development Clinic. Upon graduating from law school, Grace served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert N. Chatigny of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut. She has also worked as a corporate associate at Covington & Burling LLP and most recently as a fellow at Lawyers Alliance for New York, the leading provider of business and transactional legal services for nonprofit organizations in New York City.

Grace received her Bachelor’s degree in Government and Environmental Policy, summa cum laude, from the College of William & Mary in 2010. She earned her J.D. in 2016. Grace is admitted to practice law in New York.
