Professional Experience Nikkita is an Associate at Laura Solomon & Associates, where she advises nonprofit organizations on all aspects of their formation and tax exempt activities. She is a graduate from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. She previously worked as a Summer Associate at Capital Health System, Inc. where she worked on matters including HIPAA, informed consent, medical malpractice, guardianship, and provider sponsored health plans. She also worked as a Research Assistant under Professor Orli Oren-Kolbinger, worked in the Federal Tax Clinic, and worked on numerous pro bono projects. She was recognized for her pro bono service with a fellowship from the Walter Lucas Public Interest Fellowship Program in 2016, the Dorothy Day Award from Villanova Law in 2018, and the Eve Biskind Klothen Pro Bono Distinction Award from the Philadelphia Bar Association in 2018. During her time at Villanova Law, she also directed the Walter Lucas Public Interest Fellowship Program which provides funding to summer fellows and recent graduates working in public interest.
Education and Licenses Nikkita received her Bachelor’s degree in History and Political Studies from Colby-Sawyer College in 2015. She earned her J.D. in 2018 and is pursuing her L.LM. at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. Nikkita is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
