Laura Solomon and Associates has been Laurel Hill and West Laurel Hill’s general counsel since 2015. They’ve counseled us regarding numerous matters including acquisitions, amendments to our Bylaws, employment and contractor issues, and tax compliance. Of particular importance has been their representation before the Orphans’ Courts.We had been told by prior counsel for many years that it couldn’t be done, but Laura and her team succeeded in getting Orphans’ Court approval in two counties to consolidate thousands of individual funds for management purposes. The consolidation of these funds was extremely important to Laurel Hill and West Laurel Hill because it would enable us to streamline our operations and to fully use the funds for the maintenance and preservation of the Cemetery and its monuments.
