Ethics and Accountability for Nonprofit & Tax-Exempt Organizations

Who We Are

We are lawyers who exclusively represent tax-exempt organizations and those who serve them. We are devoted to forming and advising all types of nonprofits and we are grateful for the opportunity to use our legal skills to support their good work.

We provide legal advice throughout the complete lifecycle of a nonprofit — from formation through merger or dissolution — while providing much-needed legal support for day-to-day operations. Our clients engage us for our expertise in tax and corporate matters, charitable trusts, real estate, and finance. For many of our clients, we act as outside general counsel handling a myriad of operational matters.

Because of our deep commitment and connections to the charitable sector, our clients benefit from our ever-expanding network of clients and service providers. Our focus on the nonprofit community enables us to foster collaborations among our clients and make connections to help our clients achieve their philanthropic and strategic goals.
