Carnegie Mellon University – Nonprofit Board Fellows Program

Our Mission
To develop a new generation of business leaders who are deeply engaged with their communities and equipped with the skills, experience, and passion to serve as effective board members and advocates for social impact throughout their careers. The Tepper Golub Capital Board Fellows Program empowers MBA students to drive positive change in the community by serving nonprofit boards, providing them with the opportunity to gain firsthand boardroom experience, develop strategic leadership skills, and contribute their business expertise to support nonprofit missions.
What LS&A has done for us
CMU's Golub Capital Board Fellows Program is proud to collaborate with Laura Solomon & Associates (LS&A) for the onboarding sessions during the students' first year in the program. LS&A's unparalleled expertise in nonprofit governance and commitment to mission-driven leadership development make them an ideal partner. Laura's insights and tailored approach empower our Board Fellows to navigate the complexities of nonprofit boards effectively, fostering both strategic growth and impactful community engagement. Together, we are equipping a new generation of socially conscious business leaders to drive meaningful change.
